Medford Kids Keep Busy at New City-wide Summer Camps

Thanks to the hard work of School Committee member Ann Marie Cugno, City Councilor Breanna Lungo, and Coach George Scarpelli, Medford kids have a fun way to stay active this summer with a new summer camp program.

The self-funded yet affordable program accomodates kids from kindgergarten through high school and keeps them entertained with sports clinics, games, arts and crafts, and more.

The program is in its first year and ends August 10 after seven weeks. Stay tuned for details on a major shindig to highlight the end of the successful program.

Organizers say they plan on offering the camp again next year.
