Medford Americans Fall to Cassell Club

The Medford Americans fell to the top-ranked Cassell Club at Trum Field in Somerville last night.  Cassell’s Bryan Lambert became the Intercity League’s first to win eight games.  Lambert tossed 9 strikeouts and allowed only 3 hits.  Josh Klimkiewicz hit a 3-run homerun.  Americans standout Mike Pagliarulo reached base twice.

West Nile Virus Found in Medford Mosquitoes

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health announced today that a batch of Medford mosquitoes tested positive for West Nile Virus.
