		<description>OK. There's no need to pay police to ticket cars, that's a job for civilians.  That should ease some of the personnel expenses associated with ticketing.  And by the way, enforcement is nonexistent if you don't park on a major thoroughfare.  Come on, people park all day in the city lot for free.  No one monitors the T lot next to Rite Aid in West Medford.  Commuters to the train park on my street on a regular basis.  I'm sorry but the more I hear McGlynn talk, the more I think he's really out of touch...</description>
