Rep. Sciortino Holds Office Hours Thursday Night

State Representative Carl Sciortino (D-Medford) will hold community office hours tonight at the Danish Pastry House, 330 Boston Ave, Medford, from 6PM-7PM.

Catch up with Rep. Sciortino as he leads a walk along the Mystic River on Saturday. The walk is part of WalkBoston’s series of legislator-led walks and is free and open to all. Meet at 11AM at the Wild Oats Market parking lot. The walk will last approximately 1.5 hours. No RSVP required.

Rep. Sciortino will be a panelist for an MCAS and public education forum at the Elizabeth Peabody House, 277 Broadway, Somerville, on Tuesday, October 23 at 7PM. Rep. Sciortino has spoken out against using the MCAS exam as the sole high school graduation requirement and is sponsoring legislation to change how the exam is used.
