Great Defensive Effort Holds Lancers at Bay for 2nd Half
Despite a great defensive effort on behalf of the Mustangs, the Malden Catholic Lancers claimed victory in a soggy Friday night game held at Brother Gilbert Stadium. Medford’s lone touchdown in the last quarter was scored by senior Robert Sullivan. The 14-6 loss leaves the Mustangs with a 1-6 record going into Saturday’s game at Newton South.
