Another snow storm will squeeze in before the New Year Sunday night and is expected to bring another four to seven inches of snow to Medford and much of Massachusetts.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning starting at 7PM Sunday until 10AM Monday. Snow is forecast to begin around 10PM tonight, with the heaviest snow falling between midnight and 6AM.

The heaviest snow fall could be as much as one inch per hour early Monday morning. The snow could mix with sleet in some areas and is expected to taper off by 9AM Monday morning.

According to WBZ-TV, more snow has fallen in the Boston area- nearly two feet- this December than fell in total last season.
