Freedman Promoted to Fire Captain
Medford Fire Lieutenant John E. Freedman has been promoted to the rank of Captain by Mayor Michael McGlynn as of February 10, 2008. Freedman, pictured above with Mayor McGlynn in McGlynn’s office, was recently sworn in by City Clerk Ed Finn. Freedman has been with the Medford Fire Department since April of 1995 and was promoted to Lieutenant in February of 2002. Photo courtesy Diane Mcleod.
