The Medford High School crew team, started last fall by Chemistry teacher Amy Byron, will hit the water this spring for its first competitive season.  The team was created in partnership with the Gentle Giant Rowing Club, so it does not receive funds from the city.  Coach Byron said the team, twenty-five members strong, is seeking donations for oars, uniforms, and ergs (rowing machines for practice).  Anyone interested in donating can contact Byron at abyron@medford.k12.ma.us.
