City Council Candidate Brian Chamberlain
|Brian Chamberlain believes elected officials should be responsive to the people who elect them. I have earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Studies from Worcester State College; a paralegal certification from Assumption College later worked for Massachusetts community action councils assisting with the federal fuel assistance program, and Summer Youth Employment and training programs within the Metro Boston region. I was recognized in 1993 for his years of service to the Massachusetts dept. of children and families in hearings on adoption and foster care advocating for child. A life long Democrat, I have also served as a human rights commission member as well as Election Commissioner*. Brian is involved with Democratic Party issues, and has been a member of the Democratic National Committee since 1994. In 1990 I ran in caucus for Massachusetts Democratic state committee, unsuccessfully 40-39. With years of Federal Law Enforcement and now in public safety, I will advocate strongly for police and fire. In 2007 I ran for Medford City Council not winning, but gathered substantial votes and support from many friends who care about their community.
Now in 2009 I Brian Chamberlain will again campaign to become a Medford City Councilor, to bring new ideas and effective communication efforts between the voters of Medford and the elected officials that they put their vote as well as their trust in. Please vote for me Brian Chamberlain for Medford City Council and become active in your community.
