Hallmark Health Official Healthcare Provider of Bruins

Hallmark Health, a major league provider of quality and advanced community healthcare, is proud to announce it recently joined forces with one of Boston’s major sports teams – the Boston Bruins. The agreement between the two organizations makes Hallmark Health the “Official Healthcare Partner of the Boston Bruins” for the next three years.

The partnership is a natural fit for both Hallmark Health and the Bruins. The local healthcare system’s exceptional orthopedic surgeons and premier Bone & Joint Program provides advanced care, treating orthopedic injuries and diseases in people of all ages including those suffering from sports-related injures. Olympic Hockey Gold Medal winner Mike Eruzione and his family, who have had orthopedic procedures performed at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, describes the care he and his family have received as “spectacular.”

“We are proud and honored to be selected as the official healthcare partner of the Boston Bruins,” said Michael V. Sack, president and chief executive officer of Hallmark Health. “So many of our patients, employees, community partners and neighbors are avid hockey fans, which makes this partnership so exciting for them and for us. Inviting Hallmark Health to be the Bruins healthcare partner speaks volumes about the trust the Bruins have in the quality and advanced healthcare we provide.”

As the official healthcare partner of the Bruins, Hallmark Health and the Bruins will conduct various community outreach activities and special healthcare programs in the concourse level of TD Garden prior to select home games.

“We look forward to partnering with the Bruins on a number of health related issues that may range from preventing athletic injuries in youth hockey players to sponsoring special educational programs for coaches and athletic trainers on identifying and preventing concussions in their players,” added Sack.

Cam Neely, former Bruins star and newly named president of the Bruins organization, believes the partnership between his team and Hallmark Health is a natural fit.

“Our organization is excited that Hallmark Health has agreed to become the official healthcare partner of the Boston Bruins,” he said. “It is a winning combination.”
