Medford, Malden Meet for 123rd Game in Thanksgiving Rivalry

It appeared more Medford than Malden football fans endured the cold at MacDonald Stadium early Thursday morning in Malden to catch the 123rd Thanksgiving Day classic. The Golden Tornadoes shut out the Mustangs, 29-0, despite putting forth a solid effort in the first half, which ended with Medford only down by one touchdown.

Congratulations are in order for the winners of the annual Thanksgiving Challenge: Suzanne Galusi, a 3rd grade teacher at the McGlynn Elementary School, Josh Latson, a former Mustang football player and 2006 MHS graduate, and Dan Costello, a repeat winner from last year.
