Prominent Republicans will be in town for a Presidents Day luncheon hosted by the Medford Republican City Committee on Saturday, February 19.
A speaking program recalling notable presidents and celebrating the 100th birthday anniversary of former President Ronald Reagan will include the following: Don Feder, a former Boston Herald editorial writer and syndicated columnist, is the keynote speaker. He will be joined by Mary Z. Connaughton, a former Turnpike board member and recent candidate for State Auditor; Christy Mihos, a businessman and former gubernatorial candidate; and Holly Robichaud, a Boston Herald columnist and political consultant who served on the Massachusetts Republican State Committee for 16 years.
All are invited to attend the lunch, which is begins at 11AM with a reception followed by a family-friendly barbecue lunch at 12PM catered by local fave Redbones.
Tickets are $22 for adults and $18 for children under twelve.
