Girls Hockey to Open Tournament with Hingham

Despite a strong season, the girls varsity hockey team ended their state tournament run in the first round with a 9-1 on-the-road loss to Hingham on Friday.

The 14-4-2 Mustangs were seeded 9th out of 23 teams in Division 1 while Hingham, 16-4-2, was seeded 8th. Both teams earned a bye in the preliminary round.
