New Vendors, Bikes at Medford Farmers Market

The Medford Farmers Market, in its fourth week, had some new vendors and hosted a “Bike Fest” on Thursday. Climate Summer student bike riders visited the market to promote sustainability; JRA Cycles raffled off a bike helmet and full bike tuneup; Smooth Scooters showed off their electric bikes; and Josh Danoff of Culinary Cruisers pedaled his “modified-for-urban-selling” bike to the market full of C.B. Scoops’ ice cream sandwiches and iced Kombucha Tea.

Ice cream sandwiches from C.B. Scoops of West Medford were perfect on a hot, sunny day.

Onions were among the fresh produce available from Clearview Farm of Sterling, a new market vendor.

Jewelry by Karol Peralta is handmade with Swarovski crystals.

Locally roasted nuts by Fastachi, who joined the market last week.
