Medford Kiwanians Attend Training Conference

The Kiwanis Club of Medford was represented by Paul Donato, Barbara Carli, Chris Curtin, Patti Costas and John Costas at the Annual New England District of Kiwanis Fall Training Conference. The members attended several different break-out sessions and they obtained helpful information to improve Club performance and enhance the experience of serving the Community. It was held at the Radisson Hotel Plymouth Harbor, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Kiwanis members from Bermuda and the six New England states attended.

New England District Governor Vesta Browne of Sheffield-Springfield Kiwanis and her leadership team presided over the event.

The Fall Training Conference offered educational seminars, exhibits, leadership training and related activities. It informed local clubs of community service projects that support the children of New England District and beyond. Present and future Kiwanis leaders received a mix of solid Kiwanis programs and general sessions.

Kiwanis International Area Director Lanton Lee facilitated a Club Excellence Summit: “How small changes within your club can bring big results.”
