Medford Resident Raises Money to Fight Hunger

Stephanie Silberstein, a member of Raytheon’s Walk for Hunger Team, and Aaron Bell, both of Medford, attended Project Bread’s recent Walk for Hunger Celebration and Awards Ceremony held at the Museum of Science in Boston. Silberstein raised over $1,200 to help fight hunger in Massachusetts, making her part of the coveted Leadership Circle – a group of Walkers who raises over $1,000. The awards ceremony recognized the success of the 44th annual Walk for Hunger, which had more than 43,000 participants and raised $3.6 million dollars to help fight hunger in Massachusetts.
