Youth football and cheering leagues in Medford will have their first games this weekend.

The Medford Junior Mustangs (Medford Youth Football and Cheer) will be on the road in Stoneham. The Junior Mustangs will face the Spartans on Sunday, with first and second graders (Titans) kicking things off at 9:00AM.

The Medford Colts (Medford Pop Warner) will hold its Opening Day at Hormel Stadium on Sunday. There will be a special dedication to Guy Martorana. Medford is hosting Somerville. The day begins at 11AM.
