Mayor Bloomberg Surveys Damage in NYC

NYC Mayor Mike Bloomberg post-Sandy

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, a Medford native, said Hurricane Sandy is one of the worst storms the city has ever experienced. At least ten people lost their lives and several hundred thousand remain without power. Schools are closed at least through Wednesday and the city is focused on getting the power back on and the subway system, which experienced major, devastating flooding, restored.
