President in Boston to Boost Markey Senate Campaign

President Barack Obama joined fellow Democrat Ed Markey on the campaign trail in Boston on Wednesday. The President came in support of Markey, who is attempting to make the jump to the Senate after over three decades in Congress. Hundreds of supporters attended a free public rally with the President and Markey at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center in Roxbury. Markey and Republican Gabriel Gomez are both vying for the open Senate seat formerly held by John Kerry. The special election is taking place on Tuesday, June 25. Courtesy photo.
