State Secretary of Housing and Economic Development Gregory Bialecki was in Medford on Tuesday to recognize two important projects happening in the city. The Secretary first visited the site of the former Sentry Ford dealership on Locust Street, which is being transformed into luxury apartments by Criterion Development Partners, according to information released by Mayor Michael McGlynn. The development, which should be finished sometime next year, will be four stories tall and will include 163 units, ten percent of which will be affordable housing. The Secretary also visited Rivers Edge, which acquired a new tenant, Management Sciences for Health. Pictured above, left to right, at the Criterion Development ground-breaking: Mayor Michael J.
