On Friday, October 4 the Boston Red Sox paid tribute to the victims, heroes, and first responders of the Boston Marathon tragedy prior to their win over Tampa Bay in the first game of the ALDS.
Krystle Campbell’s family and Sean Collier’s father were honored on the field with those who were injured, runners, and local law enforcement. Campbell, a Medford native, was just 29 when she was killed last April. Her mother, Patty, father, William, and brother, Billy, are pictured below. Photos by Billie Weiss/Boston Red Sox.
