This class will teach you techniques to break holds and disable an assailant, ways to develop a defensive mindset, and empower you with a realization of your physical strength.

This is a six-week class, beginning Sunday February 23, 4-6 pm. Cost is just $100. Taught by certified RAD Systems Instructor Julie Kaufmann. Class will be held at the South Medford Fire Station Community Room.
