The State Police arrested two men and seized two kilos of cocaine following a traffic stop in Everett on Saturday. According to information released by the State Police, Trooper David Lucas of the Medford Barracks was on patrol on Route 28 Northbound when he witnessed a car “commit motor vehicle violations.” Police caught up to the car and made a stop in Everett. According to Boston.com, Royer Vasquez Delrosario, 24, of New Jersey, and Victor Nicolas Soto Sanchez, 29, of New York, pleaded not guilty in Malden District Court to charges of trafficking over 2,000 grams of cocaine, and several traffic violations.
