President of Rwanda Paul Kagame spoke at Tufts University on Tuesday. Kagame, the sixth and current president of Rwanda, addressed the Tufts University community on the 20th anniversary of the genocide against the Tutsis and discussed what the world has learned from Rwanda’s tragedy and journey to recovery, according to information released by Tufts prior to the event.
