Free Real Estate Class June 11th

An educational real estate class is being offered to the Medford community at the Medford Vocational Technical High school on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the auditorium. The class is being hosted by Laura Sheedy of Homeowners Assistance Program, LLC, Sonya Kammel of Sage Bank, and Patrick K. Sullivan of DeForce Law. The class is open to the public, free of charge, and will inform attendees on unique and effective ways to sell your home, how to take the stress out of the process, financing for those purchasing, and answer any questions you may have.

“The class is really informative to sellers who would otherwise not know of good techniques they can use and what they should expect from the process. I enjoy educating them because I see how much more at ease they are once they are empowered with that information” says Laura Sheedy.

“Those who are selling are often buying a home of their own, or are curious about what they should look for in the finances and pre-approval of those offering to buyer their home. A lot goes into a real estate sale, or purchase, and I enjoy answering any questions people may have regarding financing” says Sonya Kammel.

Those interested in attended the course should RSVP in advance to 781-799-4867. Light food and refreshments will be provided.
