Cummings Foundation Donates $100K to Krystle Campbell Memorial Peace Garden

Cummings grant donation

Mr. William Campbell and Mayor Michael J. McGlynn joined more than 250 other guests at a reception on June 2, 2014, at TradeCenter 128 in Woburn to celebrate the $10 million infusion of funding into greater Boston’s non profit sector. The $100K for 100 Program supports nonprofits that not only based, but also primarily serve Middlesex, Essex, and Suffolk Counties.

The City of Medford was awarded $100,000 towards the Krystle Campbell Peace Garden, which will honor the memory of Medford native Krystle Campbell, as well as Martin Richard, Officer Sean Collier and Lingzu Lu. The peace garden will also honor all those injured in the Boston Marathon bombings, the first responders and public safety.
