Drug Search Warrant Leads to Multiple Arrests

Medford Police have arrested five individuals in connection with various drug-related crimes, according to details released Tuesday night.

On Thursday, June 5 Medford Police were executing a search warrant for a Medford resident in the area of Salem Street and Fellsway West. Police declined to name the suspect due to an ongoing investigation. However, four alleged drug suppliers were arrested Thursday afternoon. Police say the suspects live outside of Medford and regularly travel here to supply local drug dealers.

Hector Rosario, 24, Boston, Carlos Rivera, 28, Roxbury, Miguel Artiga, 32, Dorchester, and Spencer Gray, 34, Everett were arrested and charged with various drug distribution charges as well conspiracy to violate drug laws. A fifth unidentified person was also arrested.

Medford Police say they confiscated drugs, including heroin, cocaine, and prescription pills. A car and a thousand dollars in cash were also seized.
