Chamber to Host 5K Along With Annual Health & Wellness Expo

The Medford Chamber of Commerce’s annual Health and Wellness Expo is a popular event in the community. The event will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2015 from 8am-12pm at the McGlynn Middle School and fields. This year we are proud to announce the addition of the FREEDOM 5K race/walk. Prizes will be awarded for Top Man and Top Woman, as well as age groups, biggest team, best costume and every child that crosses the finish line will receive a medal. The race will start promptly at 10am on “Freedom Way” and go down Riverside Avenue, to Salem Street, to Forest Street, to Governors Avenue, to High Street straight through the square down Riverside Avenue with a right onto Freedom Way to the finish line. The expo will be open from 8am-12pm and will feature exhibitors from many different health and wellness arenas. Including physical, social, environmental, financial, food, health and occupational wellness.
