Rain Doesn’t Dampen Spirit of ‘Running of the Leprechauns’ Road Race
On Saturday morning hundreds donned festive attire and participated in the second annual “Running of the Leprechauns” road race. Steady rain, chilly temps, and mounds of dirty snow didn’t dampen the spirits of runners and walkers, who raised money for Boston Children’s Hospital. According to race organizer Kelly Catallo, over $13,000 was raised last year, an amount she hopes to surpass this year.
