Medford Native & Resident to Open New Fitness Studio

Fire Up Fitness ownersFire Up Fitness invites the community and all neighboring residents to celebrate the highly anticipated Grand Opening of its new fitness studio by offering complimentary classes and training sessions for three weeks in August!

Fire Up Fitness, located at 440 Main Street, Stoneham, in the Spartan ACE Hardware plaza, will commence the complimentary three-week training offerings with its proprietary small group training session known as “F3,” the studio’s abbreviation for the “Fire Up Fitness Factor,” the fun, always-changing workout that’s going to “Fire Up Your Physique for Life!”

This FREE, three-week offering begins on Monday, August 10th and includes a selection of over sixty 45-minute demo classes in the studio, which showcases the new facility and equipment. Attendees will enjoy the training session plus special discounts on enrollment for the remainder of 2015. Demo sessions are open to the public for Men, Women, Teens and Kids aged 6-12.

All fitness levels are welcome.

Complimentary Fire Up Fitness Demo Sessions Include:

F3: The Fire Up Fitness Factor Workout:

an assortment of awesome exercises to Fire Up Your Physique, including: dumbbells, bodyweight, resistance bands, TRX, battle ropes, weighted balls, interval training, flexibility, balance, plyometrics, and core work.

Fire Up & Box: A combination of the F3 workout with some heavy bag boxing basics that will fire up your core, conditioning and your cardio!

F3 BootCamp: An F3 workout in a circuit-style, interval-timed format.

Beginner Basics: Learn the basics of all exercise progressions so that you can prepare to Fire Up! Includes basic instruction of squats, lunges, balance, core, cardio and strength training.

TRX: A full body workout using the Total Body Suspension Training system. Limited to 4 participants per 30 minute session.

F3 at the B.A.R.: A fusion of exercises using Bands, Abs & Ropes. A fun cardio, muscle building and toning class using resistance bands, medicine balls, body weight and and battle ropes. Fire Up for this one!

Fire Up the Fun!: A cool conditioning class for kids to work on agility, strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and endurance with loads of moving, jumping, sports drills and laughter! Appropriate for Kids Aged 6+ and Teens.

With over thirty years of combined personal training experience, both Saperstein-Richberg, of Medford, and co-owner Rebecca DiNitto LeSaffre, of Melrose, are nationally certified personal trainers, former competitive athletes, fitness models and have a slew of additional fitness and higher education credentials to their acclaim.

LeSaffre, also a licensed physical therapist assistant and technical boxing instructor, brings a wealth of knowledge in biomechanics and injury prevention as well. “Fire Up Fitness is unique in its offerings and differentiates from other local gyms and fitness studios by focusing on each individual’s goals and abilities. Fire Up Fitness provides clients with customized training based on the most current fitness techniques, all of which will fire up their body, mind and soul!”
