Hippy, Hoppy, & Dexter Seeking Homes

Hippy & Hoppy

Hippy and HoppyHello! We are Hippy & Hoppy, 2 seven week-old sisters who were saved from the outdoors and eminent demise. We were diagnosed with an illness called Cerebral Hypodysplasia which was passed on to us from our mother’s milk. This disease affects our nervous system which makes us wobbly on our feet and twitchy. We are commonly called “Wobbly Cats”. The symptoms can only be seen when we are trying to accomplish a task such as walking or eating. We are very playful and very healthy otherwise, just like other kittens. We love to run and jump and roll around. We love to play with our toys and each other. Our foster mom has four other cats and we all get along great. We are totally litter box trained. Our disease might affect our balance but that doesn’t mean that we are limited in reaching our full potential. Most people refer to us as “drunken sailors” because we walk and wobble. But we can assure you we are very loving and would love to find our forever home (preferably together). For information regarding us you can email dpatermo6yahoo.com.

DexterDexter

My name is Dexter and I’m a 7 year old Lapso Apso. My owners moved and could only take one dog with them and they chose take the “other” dog. They were bringing me to a facility where I would have definitely been put down considering my condition. A volunteer with Kitty Connection was able to reach them (en route!) and I am now up for adoption. My eyesight is a bit impaired so, once comfortable in my surroundings, I do well. I also have a skin allergy which the doctor is working on clearing up and I should be fine within a month. I am a very sweet dog and get along with other dogs. I am good with cats too.
