Atlas Liquors Holds Charity Auction

Rare Bourbon Up For Auction, Proceeds to Charity

Atlas Liquors of Medford, Quincy, and Roslindale is excited to announce the arrival of the Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon 2015 release. Atlas will be conducting silent auctions which will be held for bottles of this historic bourbon between December 8?th? and 15th?. During this time, customers are invited to come into any Atlas Liquors location and bid on a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle. Proceeds raised over the bourbon’s retail price will go to a 501(c)(3) charity of the winner’s choice.

Atlas Liquors has a reputation for selling fine Spirits, Wines, and Brews at amazingly low prices, but this year, the folks at Atlas decided to kick it up a notch. “Pappy Van Winkle is always a hit among our customers”, said third generation Atlas Liquors owner Jeff Fine, “we thought it would be best to channel some of that enthusiasm towards helping out some great charities.”

Pappy Van Winkle’s bourbon has long been regarded as one of the finest bourbons in the world with low production and very high demand; it is also one of the rarest. If you are interested in getting your hands on a bottle, come by any of Atlas Liquors’ three locations and enter your bid in one or all of the silent auctions.

Along with the silent auctions, a free raffle is being run in which anyone interested can enter to win the opportunity to purchase one of these rare bourbons at shelf price. To enter into the free raffle, customers can head into any of the Atlas Liquors stores to get their ticket. Free tickets are limited to one per day per person. No purchase is necessary. Raffle tickets can be obtained Tuesday, December 8th through Monday December 14th. Each person is entitled to a total of 6 tickets (one per day). The winners will be picked on Tuesday night, December 15th at 8:00 pm. Winners must be present at time of drawing to purchase their bottle.
