My name is Pepita and I am 8 years old. My owner surrendered me because her boyfriend thought I was too temperamental. I would sit on her lap and let her pet me. However, I’d get overstimulated by too much petting, and I swatted her hand (which is a sign that I have had enough petting). So, now I’m at Kitty Connection looking for a new home. I’d do good in an adult-only home that is calm and relaxed; where my owners are familiar with cat “body language”. I’m a very independent cat that enjoys living a cat’s life. My name is Babs and I am a 5 year old pitbull breed mix. I need a home. My new owners should own their own home, a large home…not a condo or an apartment. In, my new home, I need to be the only pet because I want to devote all of my love to my owners. I am not fond of sharing my owners with other pets. If introduced properly, I can get along with other dogs. I have had training by a professional dog trainer and I know all the basic commands.
