There are 16,000 names on the four veterans memorials at Honor Roll Park, honoring those who served in World War II and the Korean and Vietnam wars.
On Thursday, November 8, some of those veterans will share their stories with Medford High School students, in recognition of Veterans’ Day.
According to Social Studies Coordinator Bernadette Ricciardelli, twenty-five veterans will visit classrooms throughout the high school and share their experiences with students.
Veterans’ Day falls on Sunday, November 11. There will be no school on Monday, November 12.
