Medford Man Indicted for Assaulting Child

Middlesex County District Attorney Gerry Leone announced today that Richard Neary, of Medford, has been charged with two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under fourteen and attempt to commit a crime.
Neary, 48, was recently indicted by a grand jury on those charges. The DA’s office refused to comment on the case. Medford Police were not immediately available for comment.
Neary will be arraigned on the charges on January 24, 2008.
