Will Take Affordable Housing Gig in Waltham

Affordable Housing Specialist Erica Schwarz is leaving Medford to take the top spot at her former employer, a non-profit community development corporation in Waltham.
Schwarz has been in her position for a year and a half and will step down January 25 to become Executive Director at the Waltham Alliance to Create Housing (WATCH).
“I’ve enjoyed spending the last year and a half expanding Medford’s work around affordable housing…I’m sorry to be leaving such a likable city- Medford residents are intelligent, welcoming and deeply caring,” wrote Schwarz in an email.
