Samantha R. Fargo, of Medford, died Wednesday at home in the company of her loving family as a result of Mytochondrial disease. She was 12 years old.

She was a devoted niece of Philip Talsky, Alexandra Talsky, Jared Talsky, Alice and Charlie Stewart, Anna and Fred Robillard and is also survived by many dear cousins.
Her funeral service will be conducted in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Friday, July 10 at 12 Noon. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family 1 hour prior to service.
