The Mustangs put in a strong effort against Peabody and Head Coach Alice Beth Tierney praised her team for a “great season.”
“It was exciting to make it to the first round of the state tournament this year. Coming into the season I was hoping for success in terms of teaching the fundamental skills needed to play solid volleyball, helping to develop in the players a love for the game, and building a strong team with great sportsmanship. I am so pleased with how well the team came together and played throughout the season. I wish the seniors all the best in their future endeavors and I am really looking forward to working with the returning student-athletes next year,” said Coach Tierney.
The varsity Mustang team is led by Head Coach Tierney and Assistant Coach Jessica Moody and includes seniors Bethany Kong, Lily Kwan, Naomie Laguerre, Rebecca Luongo, Anya-Lauren Pierre-Louis, and Brooke Stanton; juniors Madeline Forcier, Marisa Fouraux, Kathleen Harding, Stephanie Nguyen, Davielle Pierrette, Maggie Tobin, and Jen Uang; and sophomores Katie Bowler, Christine Feeley, Ariana Fiorello, and Rachel Keen.
