There is a broad array of inventory on the market. The single family market ranges in price from $184,900 to $894,000. So is it the right time to right time to sell? Well, maybe. Home sellers tend to experience more competition in the number of homes on the market after the first of the year – this can have an effect on your home’s value. Even though there does tend to be more buyers looking after the first of the year, it still may be in your best interest to sell. You may want to check the competition in your specific neighborhood. One thing is for sure; you will only be entertaining very serious buyers during this season. Maybe one will be the right one for your home!
