Football Team Honors Seniors at Banquet Sunday

The Medford Mustang Football team said good-bye to 22 seniors and recognized some of its key players during its banquet on Sunday at the Irish-American Club in Malden.
The following players were recognized at the banquet:

The team finished 5-5 this season, with wins against Somerville, Cambridge, Revere, Bishop Fenwick, and Ipswich.
It was the first season for new head coach Rico Dello Iacono, who came to Medford after eight years as assistant football coach in Everett. His coaching staff included Tony Valdepenas, John Dubzinski, Dave Gleason, Jason Nasciemento, Bob Lauria, Kevin Thibault, and Mike Penta.
