Ground Broken on Field of Dreams Project

New Turf Fields Behind High School to be Completed by Summer

Construction of new turf fields behind the high school has begun and is projected to take twelve weeks to complete. The “Field of Dreams” project includes two turf fields that can be used for soccer, lacrosse, and football games as well as for baseball and softball practice; a running/walking track; full lighting; and two scoreboards. Handicapped parking will also be created next to the new fields.  The project should be completed during the summer, with the fields ready for fall sports action.
