Dorchester Teen Arrested for Armed Robbery
|Teen Accused of Robbing Pizza Delivery Person in Medford in February
Medford Police have arrested a Dorchester teen in connection with an armed robbery of a pizza delivery person in February.
According to Medford Police, Carey Francisco, 17, allegedly shot a pizza delivery person on Lyman Avenue in Medford in the face and head area with a pellet gun three times. An unnamed white male stole the pizza.
The robbery took place on February 22. After a couple months of investigative work, Detective Paul Mackowski and Detective Dan Conway were able to get a warrant for Francisco. The gun was also recovered through the investigation.
Francisco is charged with armed robbery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
