Gone, but Not Forgotten
|A banner and flowers mark the spot before the former sporting goods store owned by Medford’s Tony Lucci, who passed away last week. Lucci owned Medford Square Sporting Goods for more than fifty years, outfitting thousands of Medford Mustangs and doing business with professional sports teams. The corner was dedicated in Lucci’s honor in 2006, with a blue and white sign posted at the corner of Salem and Oakland Streets in Medford Square.

This is very nice. I hope someday an Athletic Facility will have his name. From a ball park to a Hockey Rink. Tony covered it all. Even A School.
