Richard Lee Joins ERA Andrew Realty
John Veneziano, Broker/Owner of ERA Andrew Realty, is pleased to announce the addition of local REALTOR® and Medford resident, Richard Lee, to the ERA Andrew Realty sales team.
As an ERA Andrew REALTOR®, Lee specializes in the marketing and sale of residential and commercial real estate, as well as land and new developments. Lee services all of Massachusetts and New Hampshire and through ERA Real Estate’s worldwide relocation department, he is also able to assist those looking to buy or sell real estate anywhere in the United States and 47 other countries and Territories. Lee offers both buyer representation and seller representation.
Lee is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and ERA Real Estate’s Greater Boston Council.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Lee to moved to the Greater Boston area after earning his BS Degree in Engineering from Cornell University. His previous professional background includes extensive work in the IT industry as a programmer, business systems analyst, and project manager. However, Lee is no stranger to real estate, having invested and managed commercial real estate as well. Lee also has a MS Degree in IT Management from Brandeis University.
While working in the IT industry, Lee discovered he loved the wealth of activities Boston and its surrounding areas offered, whether it was cycling, hiking, snowboarding, the arts, or the shores of Cape Cod. He lived in Cambridge, Somerville, and Watertown before purchasing his home and settling in Medford.
Lee is an active volunteer for a variety of local and charitable organizations. Since 1998, he has been a volunteer for Boston Cares. In addition, he has served meals in soup kitchens, helped plant and harvest crops at local non-profit farms, tutored students in math, sorted food for the Greater Boston Food Bank, and more. While
working for Epsilon, he organized blood drives. Presently, Lee is involved with the Medford Family Network and has been assisting the organization with its IT needs.
Lee lives in Medford with his wife, Alison, and son born in 2009. When not at work or volunteering, you can often find Lee with his family at Medford’s treasured Wright’s Pond or at a local park.
