Matignon Earns Win, Joins Fight Against Breast Cancer

The Matignon Warriors notched their second win of the season on Friday, October 8 against Trinity Catholic at Dilboy Stadium in Somerville. The Warriors defeated Trinity Catholic 30-6 and donned pink in honor of breast cancer awareness month. The team is pictured above in a photo by Anne Slager. After starting the season with three losses, the Warriors defeated St. Clement, 21-20 on October 2 and shut out Marian, 34-0, on October 16. Matignon is 3-0 in the Catholic Central (Small) league and is 3-3 overall. They host Lowell Catholic on October 29.
