Salvatore’s Ribbon-Cutting October 31
|Governor Deval Patrick will be in town this weekend to officially welcome Salvatore’s to Medford.
The Governor and Mayor Michael McGlynn will participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sunday, October 31 at 11:30AM.
The event is free and open to the public and all are welcome, costume or no costume.
Salvatore’s opened in Medford Square a little over a week ago. The Italian restaurant took over the former spaces of Century Bank and the Medford Transcript at 55 High Street.
According to the website, Salvatore’s is an upscale Italian restaurant founded by the Lupoli family in 2006. There are two other locations in Lawrence and Boston. The Lupoli’s also established Sal’s Pizza in 1990 and have almost forty locations in Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.
Salvatore’s has so far received raving reviews from residents and has been packed nearly every night.
