Have You Seen this Dog?
|Dog Missing in South Border Road Area Since November 2
A dog went missing in the Middlesex Fells on Tuesday and her owners need your help in bringing her home.
Marisol, a copper-colored mutt that looks like a fox, broke away from her dog walker and group of dogs on Tuesday afternoon in the woods behind the Lawrence Memorial Hospital, near Hutchins Road and South Border Road. The 3-year-old dog is about 20-25 pounds, is friendly, and should respond to “Marisol, come.”
When lost, she was wearing a brown leather collar with ID, rabies, and license tags. She was attacked by a dog before running off and could possibly be injured. She loves peanut butter and treats and has been spotted in the neighborhood close to where she went missing.
Anyone with any information should contact Anindita at 617-383-9228.

Poor Marisol! I’ll definitely keep an eye out for her, and hope she returns home safe!
Any word on this pooch? I live on Hutchins and spend a fair amount of time in the woods with my own dog. The “lost dog” signs are still up however I haven’t seen much in the way of an active search. Wondering if the dog may have been found.
She hasn’t been found yet. Most of the sightings have been south and west of Hutchins (Forest St. and Lincoln St.) and the most recent one was in the Fells, near Long Pond. Marisol’s dog walker has continued to search the Lawrence Woods by Hutchins, but Marisol appears to be moving around the area. Please continue to keep an eye out for her, especially when you’re out with your dog!
Yes, she’s still lost as of 11/9. You can see updates at http://www.findmarisol.com/
