FY2011 Statutory Exemptions Due End of November

City Assessor Ed O’Neil reminds residents that statutory exemptions for fiscal year 2011 should be returned as soon as possible in order for the exemption amounts to be on the third quarter tax bills. The deadline to return the forms to the Assessor’s office is the end of November.

Statutory exemptions could apply to elderly residents, the legally blind, disabled veterans, and surviving family members of police or firefighters killed in the line of duty.
