‘Date Auctions’ Raise Money for a Good Cause

John Brewer’s Tavern Thanks Patrons for Support

Patrons of John Brewer’s Tavern helped raise money for a good cause while meeting local singles last weekend.

The 3rd Annual Date Night Auction raised $2,660 for the Avon Walk For Breast Cancer at John Brewer’s Tavern in Malden and $1,420 for the Boys and Girls Club at the restaurant’s Waltham location.

Restaurant owner and Medford resident Bill Honeycutt said he wanted to thank all of those who generously supported these important causes.
