8th Grade Boys Basketball Enjoys Undefeated Season

Finishing the year with a 21-0 record, Medford Basketball’s 8th Grade Boys recently captured a 2011 Winchester March Madness Tournament Championship. Going into the tournament 18-0, the locals were battle-tested, fending off tournament opponents Bedford, Concord-Carlisle and Reading. Participating in the Middlesex Middle School Basketball League, Medford regular season opponents also included teams from Watertown, Winchester and Lexington.
